This is a delicious recipe that actually consists of three ingredients...brussel sprouts, garlic and Maggi's Sweet Chili Sauce. This sauce is amazing on sooo many different foods. I absolutely love it on shrimp. You have to try it on these brussel sprouts. It really gives it so much of a sweet & spicy flavor.
CHILI PEPPER BRUSSEL SPROUTS
BRUSSEL SPROUTS 1 WHOLE HEAD OF GARLIC MAGGI'S SWEET CHILI SAUCE SALT & PEPPER OLIVE OIL
Have all your brussel sprouts washed and cut. I like to atleast halve them if not quarter the big ones.
Heat about 1/4 cup olive oil in a large saute pan. Throw all your brussel sprouts in and start to sweat them out to begin softening them on a medium heat.
Add all of your sliced garlic ad season all well with salt & pepper. Now it's time to turn up the heat. Cook on a high heat the rest of the way to blacken the sprouts. I like mine soooo blackened but you be the judge. Sooo add about 1/4 cup of the Maggi's Sweet Chili Sauce and kick it up to high. Just keep turning frequently until they are just how you like them,
When they are all as blackened as you want them....add about another 1/4 cup of the Maggi's Sweet Chili Sauce just as they are done for a fresh flavor. That's it!! If you love brussel sprouts like my family loves brussel sprouts it's just another option. You can also just roast them in the oven and add some of this great sauce when they are done to keep it even lighter but when you want it smothered in garlic this is the route to go. ENJOY!! ALL GOOD STUFF!!
