You know how you love to sit down at a great restaurant and cant wait for them to bring you some wonderful bread and that amazing dipping oil??? Why wait.....just saying!! You probably have everything you need already in your kitchen. OK so probably not something you would do everyday, but sooo good on a special occasion, a family dinner or as an appetizer at a party. I also love to have this oil on hand to add some flavor to a piece of grilled chicken or grilled veggies. Also throw it on top of a piece of fish and broil it.....amazing!!! It is really an amazing powerhouse of flavors. The oil itself is wonderful...its when you add the bread that it is not as healthy. But a great base to be creative with. Just add all ingredients together and mix. I like to use all dried spices in this recipe. They can stand the test of time better. This will remain great and actually get even better over time. So go on and make it a few days ahead. Yes I served it with this unbelievable Ciabatta bread I found while shopping.....and I loved it!!
