I hope that you have enjoyed preparing for all your holiday meals, And I truly hope that I have been able to help with that in some way with my recipes. It really makes it all worth it for me when I hear from you, like the comments on Gigig's Baccala from Bruce!! That was awesome. Again, I ask if you do use any of my recipes, please share a picture with us or a quick comment. So much fun for all of us to see. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to cover everything that will be on our Christmas Eve dinner table, but I think we did cover some really great recipes. Let's count the number of fishes we will serve......Crab, lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, oysters, baccala, calamari, filet of sole, filet of flounder....That's 11 !!!! Wow... well, we definitely surpassed 7 and I definitely think this qualifies as a feast....so I'd say it's a success!! Here is a list of what will be on our table.......
There are many other dishes for the crazy people who do not eat all of this glorious fish. We have Strombolis, Pigs in the Blanket, Brie with Fig Cheeses, Chicken Parm, Salads and Veggies! We just keep eating!! It never ends!!!
I can not wait to see what dishes all of my nieces and nephews bring to enter into the annual Dessert Competition!!!!!!! I will definitely take pictures of that.
