If you have made my Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cupcakes recently, I hope you doubled the cupcake stuffing. If you did.....just roll....dip...freeze....and EAT!! If not, here is the recipe for these delicious balls........... Gotta love those balls!!!
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH STUFFING
5 TBLSP BUTTER SOFTENED 1/2 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1 CUP FLOUR 8 OZ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 1 TSP VANILLA 1/3 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS 10 CHIPS AHOY COOKIES CRUSHED 1 PKG OF GHIRARDELLI SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
In the bowl of your kitchen mixer, or using your hand mixer, cream together the butter and the brown sugar. Slowly add the milk and flour in small additions of each. Then the vanilla....and the chips!! Put the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them up. Add them to the bowl and fold in. Put the whole bowl into the freezer to chill.
Melt the chocolate chips in your microwave slowly. Stirring frequently. When ready to roll....simply take about a tablespoon or so of the frozen dough and roll into a ball. Dip in the melted chocolate. Lay them all on a parchment paper lined tray and freeze.
A great little treat...addition to your dessert tables for sure. Kids will go crazy for them. Adults will love them. Soooo easy to make. Can't go wrong. ENJOY!!!! ALL GOOD STUFF!!!!!
