Before you make these, be sure to take, literally, 5 minutes to make my Ginger and Spice Butter, you can use it in so many amazing dishes. This one is... ridiculously delicious!!! I can't even describe what 5 minutes can do to your pancakes. If you like bananas......you will love, love, love this!!!
You can use the pancake mix of your choice. I love Krusteaz. I love all their products actually. Their muffin mixes and all their cookie mixes are so good!!! Especially, their Honey Cornbread mix....awesome!!! OK, one more, their Snickerdoodles are amazing. I could go on and on, but it really is a great product when you need to make something quick.
So today, I had my little helper, my beautiful granddaughter Hattie!! She has all of her own little, adorable, kitchen tools, so she can really help me. She is my pancake batter mixer this morning. What an excellent job she did!!
While Hattie was mixing the pancake batter, I sliced the bananas and grabbed my already prepared Ginger and Spice Butter.
Next, preheat one medium sized saute pan over a medium heat for the bananas, and a griddle for the pancakes. Make the pancakes as directed.
In the saute pan, melt about 3 tblsp of the prepared butter and then add the bananas and give it a high heat at this point. They only need about 4 minutes and they will be amazing!!!!
Now all you have to do is put a big spoonful on top of your pancakes.... and maybe a little extra syrup on top....and ENJOY!!!!
